Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal. When paying by card, you will be charged at the time that your order is placed. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).

What size should I order?

Our designs are available in sizes S to XL. You can find the fit measurements of each piece under the size & fit tab of our product pages. We also include a size chart for each item.

How do I know if you've received my order?

Upon completing your order successfully you will receive an email confirmation from our team. Give it at least 24 hours for the email to come through. If you haven't received it, be sure to check your junk/spam folder or get in touch with us.

Can I change my order?

We start processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we can't guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipping.

Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact us straight away as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.

An item I want is sold out, will you be getting more?

We’re a proud slow fashion brand, producing limited collections. Once an item is sold out, it is usually not restocked.

Can I use a gift voucher/discount code?

You can apply a gift voucher or a valid discount code when you are viewing your shopping cart. It is displayed at the bottom of the page. Please remember to use this before checking submitting your order.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Our promotional codes are only valid on full price and cannot be used on sale items and gift vouchers.
Double check that your items are valid for the promotion and re-enter your code carefully, noting the expiry date. Only one code can be used per order.
If your code is still isn’t working, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with any tracking details for your order.

What should I do if I need to return an item?

We accept returns or exchanges on items in their original unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. Make sure you send your returns back to us in time as we're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt.

What do I do if I've received a faulty or incorrect item?

We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at hello@toomeyandkoko.com and we will get it taken care of for you! 

How quickly can I expect my return to be processed?

Returns are processed within 7 working days from when they arrive back to us. Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within up to 10 working days. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
